Laundry should be in a 13-gallon kitchen trash bag, with a label attached that says "Fresh Fold Laundry". If you choose repeat laundry service, we provide you with 22x28 reusable laundry bags. We do not accept laundry in boxes, baskets, or other sized bags.
*For the security of your laundry, bags must be able to cinch completely closed. If the bag is overstuffed, an additional fee of $6.00 will apply.
Standard pick-up and drop-off schedules follow optimized routes and typically run between the hours of 7am to 8pm Monday-Friday. You can request a text when we are enroute to you for pick-up and you will get a photo of your laundry after it's been dropped off in its designated location.
You will get reusable bags when you sign up for repeat laundry service! Once your schedule is set up, your next loads of laundry will be dropped off in the new reusable bags. If you ever decide to cancel service, feel free to keep your laundry bags!
Yes, all of our machines are energy-efficient and eco-friendly.
Yes, we do! If you have a garment that needs extra attention, please place it inside a small bag and label with "special attention" (a ziplock or even old grocery bag will work). Then add it to your laundry bag with the rest of your garments.
*We cannot guarantee your stain will come out. We recommend pre-treating your stains before we pick them up.
Yes, if you have clothing that you want on hangers, just let us know while you are scheduling your pick-up. Clothes will be delivered on plain metal or plastic hangers (depending on cost and availability) with a disposable garment bag for protection. Please ensure you have a designated spot for our laundry pros to hang your laundry at drop-off.
At this time, we do not offer hang/line drying services. However, we can use low heat settings to minimize the effects of standard machine drying.
No, we do not offer ironing or pressing. We are a wash/dry/fold service only.
We can separate the laundry at your request. If not specified, your laundry is washed together in efficient-sized loads.
Yes! When you order your laundry pick-up, you will be able to select your water temperature, cycle setting, and dryer heat level.
We are a small, local business that will handle your laundry with the greatest possible care. We hope this never happens, but if it does, we will work with you to find a solution. If we lose or damage an item, please notify us within 24 hours.
*Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any laundry that is lost or damaged after we've dropped it back off at your home/designated location.
No, we will never put your laundry in a machine with someone else's laundry.
Yes we do! We wash all machine-washable bedding that fits in the 22x28 reusable laundry bag (or equivalent 13-gallon kitchen bag). There is no extra fee for bedding.
There are some items that we will NOT wash:
Fresh Fold reserves the right to refuse service of items soiled with any of the above. If we are unable to launder, items will be returned unwashed.
You can easily cancel by simply notifying us via phone, text, or chat (on our website) before 8:00pm the evening prior to your next scheduled pick up. You can skip a single pick up or cancel your repeat laundry service schedule.
That's the best part! We charge a flat "per bag" fee of only $35. The fee includes everything from pick up to delivery. For multiple bags, the fee is $30 per bag.
Additional fees may include an overstuffed bag fee of $6.00 and an optional expedited fee of $10 for next-day or weekend pick up/delivery.
You will be billed after your laundry is picked up and we begin the wash process. Once we process payment, an invoice will be emailed to you. At your request, we may accept cash or check. We will provide a printed copy of the invoice at your request.
*Laundry will not be delivered until payment is made. If a payment fails, we will make every effort to work with you to correct the situation so your laundry can be delivered in a timely manner.
We currently serve customers in the city limits of Stevens Point, Whiting, and Plover, WI. If you are just outside the area and looking for service, please reach out to us! We may be able to add to you to our schedule for a small fee.
At this time, we provide residential laundry service only.
We are open Monday-Friday 7:00am - 8:00pm. We may be picking up, washing, or delivering at the time of your call; calls and messages will be returned as quickly as possible.

Because we are a small, family-owned business, there may be additional limited family-related holidays. We will work with you in advance to ensure your laundry is minimally affected!
